We offer Physical, Speech and Occupational therapies for our short-term rehab clients and long-term care residents. Other on-site services include Wound Care, a Restorative Program, Respite Services, Pharmacy Services, Mental Health Services, and much more for those we serve.

The Department of Nursing provides direct nursing care and coordinates other clinical services to help attain and/or maintain the physical and psychological well-being of each resident, through personal assessment and individual plans of care. Our medical director is also available to assist in the care and well-being of residents.

Our registered dietician, together with our food service staff, takes pride in planning nourishing and well-balanced means that meet the daily nutritional needs of those who stay with us. A daily menu is provided, plus alternative selections.
Joint Commission Accredited
The Joint Commission awards its Gold Seal exclusively to facilities meeting strict criteria for care and services provided to residents. Because of the rigorous examination process, just 6% of nursing facilities nationwide earn this honor. Christian Care Center of Unicoi County is pleased to also join such world-renown hospitals as Johns Hopkins, The Mayo Clinic, Vanderbilt University Hospital, Duke University Hospital, and the Cleveland Clinic Center in attaining The Joint Commission Gold Seal.
